Dear friends and faithful followers of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, greetings.  It is such a pleasure to come to you again in the matchless name of the Captain of our Salvation, Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

I trust that this monthly publication, now in its ninth year, continues to be a blessing to each of you.  I appreciate the inspiration of the Almighty, who daily heaps benefits upon us, without which we would be unable to edify the Saints of the Lord.  I have heard many of your testimonies, and I rejoice to know that you eagerly await each installment.  May the Lord continue to grant us the opportunity to come to you each month by way of this periodical.

Brother Joel McNabb has moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to pastor the congregation there.  We are getting good reports already about the reception he is receiving, and the guidance he is providing the saints there.  I am very excited about what God is doing for our brethren in Tulsa, and I know that Bro. Joel will be a tremendous blessing there as he has been for so many years here in Massachusetts.  We do miss him very much, but are greatly edified by his efforts there.

We also give God praise for Brother Arturo Linaldi, who was recently ordained as a minister of The People of Truth.  He comes to us from Mexico, and is serving as pastor of a small, Spanish-speaking group in Winter Garden, Florida, near Orlando.  Bro. Arturo has been a great blessing with his knowledge of the Scriptures and his desire to labor with us to prepare a people for the return of the Lord.

I am also in frequent contact with Brother Philip Thomas and the Saints in southern India.  They are doing well and send their greetings to all of the Saints here in the States.  Bro. Philip is even now making plans to come to visit us here in the near future.  (His visit will probably coincide with our celebration of the Feast of Pentecost next spring.)  He asks that we keep them all in prayer, especially seeking God’s guidance with his travel plans.

God continues to bring us all to an ever-increasing unity of the faith.  With each fellowship opportunity we have with these various saints here, across the U.S., and abroad, I gain a greater appreciation for the words of King David, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” (Psa. 133:1).  God has given the gifts of the ministry for precisely this purpose: to guide us all into the unity of the faith.  May God’s hand be upon His servants to continue to labor unto that goal!

Remember us in your prayers.  God is calling out His people for His name, and is restoring in the earth the pure language of doctrinal truth.  Let us be lovers of truth, and align ourselves with God’s word, that we may know Him that is true, even Jesus Christ the Son of God.
